At EROSOKA, we are committed to providing high-quality wheelchairs and mobility products. To give our customers added confidence, we offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on eligible products.

2-Year Limited Warranty

EROSOKA warrants that eligible products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Manufacturing defects in workmanship
  • Structural failures that occur during normal intended use
  • Faults resulting from production defects

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or discoloration
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Damage resulting from improper assembly, modification, or unauthorized repairs
  • Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance
  • Products used for commercial purposes unless otherwise specified

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect, where applicable

Our team will review your claim and may request additional information.

Warranty Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, EROSOKA may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the defective product or part
  • Provide a replacement of equivalent value if the original product is unavailable

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Except where prohibited by law, this warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by EROSOKA and replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied.
